Anne Sophie (born 1954) is the spiritual teacher, writer and director of the Meditation Course Center Tiger's Nest in Gedved.

Anne Sophie spent part of her childhood in Greenland where her parents were teachers. As a young student at the Psychological Institute in Aarhus, she met Jes Bertelsen and participated in the following years in numerous courses and received supervision from him and later from Bob Moore.

From 1982 to 1989 Anne Sophie taught psychology, self development and energy understanding at evening schools and colleges and arranged her own weekend courses, and in the 1980'es she held numerous lectures around the country.

Since 1988, she gave her teachings at Tiger's Nest on a rare high spiritual level. She has access to ancient knowledge and wisdom about spirituality, meditation and consciousness, and her teaching is innovative and dynamic.
