It is an intense experience to be on a course with Anne Sophie.

For more than 22 years there has been meditated for many hours a day at the Tiger's Nest. There have been thousands of lessons. Common consciousness is like a meditative library that contains the collective experiences from different phases at the teaching center. Also, new students can connect to this repository of spiritual and process knowledge.

It is therefore essential that students demonstrate self-responsibility, have a reasonably realistic self-understanding and are able to handle sself-confrontation. All teaching is related to the collective process. This means that every course is like a chapter in a great book on spiritual process - and therefore no courses are alike. Also, individual feedback on Dynamic Energy Awareness is viewed in a collective light.

Students have the opportunity to participate in the morning and evening meditations along with members of the group, who are connected to the center. By staying in the energy the course is intensified, and at the same time it is an opportunity to exchange with other students, to immerse themselves and relax, for example in the Garden.

At registration all new students must send a letter of one to two pages about who they are, their experience with self-development and meditation as well as their motivation for participation. In this, age and possible health problems or pregnancy must be reported. A photo will be appreciated. This applies to all courses.
