The Course Day
All courses begin every day at 10 am. The ending time varies, see the individual courses. Students bring their own food. There is a kitchen at Tiger's Nest, and there is both a Supermarket and a bakery in town. It is also possible to buy organic products in a small organic shop at Tiger's Nest.

Dette er Tigerens Redes vigtigste mantra. Det slår en tone an, som lyder gennem al undervisning på stedet. Meditationen bliver mest frugtbar i dit liv, hvis du har både hjerte og bevidsthed med. For at hjertet kan blomstre og udfolde sig, skal der være det højere perspektiv, som meditationen giver.
