All new students must sign up by sending a letter to Anne Sophie of one to two pages about who they are, their experience with self-development and meditation as well as their motivation for participation. In this context, age and possible health problems or pregnancy must be reported. Photo may be included. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  You can not be accepted on the course until the letter has been received, and you have had a response.

Payment of deposit must accompany your registration. Send a check or use the bank account below. If you have a recurrent registration on a team in Dynamic Energy Awareness, we must receive your deposit 2 months before the course starts, otherwise you will lose your place. This also applies to Process Days. We refund your deposit if the course is already full or is canceled. If you cancel no later than 2 months before the course, your deposit will be returned or transferred. If you cancel later your deposit cannot be refunded.

The outstanding balance must be received by the office at least 2 weeks before the course begins.

Our bank account number is Sparekassen Skanderborg, reg. no. 6115, account no.: 0000380288. Remember to include your name and course date. Remember also that bank transfers can take three business days. You can also send a check or pay cash at the office.

Accommodation is limited at Tiger's Nest. It is possible to sleep in a couple of working spaces, on mattresses on the floor. Bring your own sleeping bag, pillow and towel. It is also possible to stay overnight in your own tent or a car for the same price. Accommodation must be ordered when registering or by contacting the office. Price: 100 kr per night. Call  the office if you want accommodation elsewhere. Payment for accommodation (only cash or by check) must be made on the first day in office hours.  If you are a new student and arrive the evening before the course, we want to know so we can welcome you.

All courses begin every day at 10 am. The ending time varies, see the individual courses. Students bring their own food. There is a kitchen at Tiger's Nest, and there is both a Supermarket and a bakery in town. It is also possible to buy organic products in a small organic shop at Tiger's Nest.

Smoking and outdoor shoes are not allowed indoors. Bring a blanket and perhaps indoor shoes.

Tiger's Nest has free wireless Internet access. The password for the router is on a label on the message board.
