Process Days are concentrated instruction in the form of lectures and meditations, which describe themes in the collective process. When you partake in these courses, you become updated on the most important new steps in the collective process as well as the advanced meditation in an overviewable way.
When you are updated about the collective process, you benefit more from other courses, as we work with themes from the collective process in all courses. Process Days give you greater yield of process meditation and at the same time make it easier to understand and exploit the reactions in your personal process.
The Process Days create cohesion in your courses at Tiger's Nest. The course is designed for people who are already students of Anne Sophie.
Course days begin at 10 am and ends at 5 pm.
Price 550 DDK per day
