Tantra is sex with energy awareness and is a process based upon a relationship between the hara-, the heart- and the crown chakras. The courses in Tantra are an invitation to learn to employ the instinctive and sexual forces with greater awareness, thereby expanding consciousness.

Tantra at Tigerens Rede is continuously evolving, and the courses reflect the preceding processes and experiences at many levels. Therefore the courses change from one year to another.

Tantra is part of the answer to many of the personal and cultural issues of our time. It is time to connect the top and the bottom of our energy systems and to liberate sexuality  - with love and responsibility. By working with Tantra, it is possible to obtain a more whole and equal relationship between the sexes. It nourishes with more joy and respect the deep and instinctive difference that exists between men and women.

Tantra is about body and spirit, about love, sexuality and passion for life - which permeate the courses, with a joyful, intense and open atmosphere. The courses contain talks, exercises, dance, healing and much more. The courses do not contain physical sex.

Tantra is for couples as well as singles. Prior experience with Tantra is not required.
