In the Spring of 2001 tantra made a break through at Tiger's Nest after a long period of build up. I met a man with whom I could cooperate and our meeting had a great effect on my teaching as well as on the social life at Tiger’s Nest. 

Is there such a person as ”The One”?

Or are there different “Ones” at different times of one’s life?

Or is there nothing but a series of hopes and emotional investments, to which we can attach an ever increasing number of disappointments, deceits and failures?

Is it in any way realistic – or even recommendable – to vow to love one’s partner till death do us part?

Meditation is the foundation of Tiger's Nest

Many years of meditation showed the way to making the centre in Gedved and to its architectural design. Already while the house was being built, a group meditated on the project, and ever since the house has seen meditation on a daily basis. In the beginning in the mornings and evenings, today the number of scheduled meditation spaces is 5. The meditations are either on silence, one’s personal meditation, or the current collective meditation.
